Schuetz Insurance
In early 2022, after nearly 80 years in business, Schuetz Insurance ushered in a new era with a rebranded visual identity and website. Our brand strategy was to turn their history into legacy, celebrating their past while positioning them for the future, creating a vision of a company that believes insurance is about people, not policy numbers.

Brand Strategy & Development
Through audience research, market research, and our competitive audit, we determined key areas of opportunity for initial brand explorations. Further discovery and stakeholder conversations led us to our solution: a brand that tapped into the community around Schuetz and a visual identity that felt equally nostalgic and contemporary.

OUR ROOTS GO DEEP.
MISSION & VISION:
Quality of service comes before quantity of customers. We proudly serve our community and remind the insurance industry that the figures we work for are people, not numbers.
-
We’re not really the corporate types, we just go to work trying to do what is best for our clients.
-
Insurance is a people oriented business; we’re never going to lose sight of that.
-
We do things to the beat of our own drum, not our competitors’.

The new brand was created alongside a fully rebuilt website. As their services expanded, and others became more refined, our mission was to create a website with an information architecture and user experience as accessible as possible.
